Our Call Centre houses a specialist team of agents who receive customer calls and a dedicated Help Desk within the Service Control Centre, which is capable of resolving any minor faults you may have over the phone, email or fax, thus providing an immediate answer and reducing downtime. GVS have the knowledge and experience to service all types of vending equipment, including machines you may have inherited on a site.
