Field engineers
Coffeetech Assist directly employ over 150 fully trained field engineers, with a further 20 technical staff based in-house at our two depots.  We have a strong relationship with equipment manufacturers to sustain high levels of equipment knowledge and training. When undertaking support for new manufacturers, we follow an extensive procedure to maintain standards and fix rate.

Repairs
Whether it’s out in the field or within our technical facility, the attention to detail given when repairing equipment is of prime importance to us.  Our capabilities cover a broad range of manufacturers, equipment types and specialist areas such as refrigeration, high pressure systems and espresso equipment.

Parts
Ensuring continuity of supply for machine components is essential in maintaining up-time.  Coffeetech Assist work closely with clients to manage this and equip the field engineers with all common parts for instant fitting.  An extensive parts holding across both Coffeetech Assist depots ensures minimum downtime.
